We offer a 3-day replacement policy for all our women’s wear.
You can request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition as delivered
- With all tags and original packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent to us without a prior request will not be accepted.
Damages / Wrong Item
If you receive:
- A defective product
- A damaged piece
- A wrong size or wrong item
please contact us immediately upon delivery with an unboxing video or pictures.
We will arrange a replacement after verifying the issue.
Non-Replaceable Items
We do not accept replacements for:
- Products bought on sale
- Items purchased using offers/discounts
- Custom-measured or altered outfits
- Items without tags or used even once
- Accessories (if any)
Refunds
We do not provide refunds.
Only replacement is offered for eligible items.
